Our manufacturing units are situated in Manipal town in Udupi, Karnataka, covering an area of 26,000 sq.ft with state of the art Plant and Machinery with a total installed capacity of around 11500 MT per annum.

We have 7 Pipe Extrusion lines installed in 3 individual Units equipped with modern Sate-of-the art machineries.

The Raw Materials that are used in the manufacture are in line with international standards. Varun Piping Systems well trained and experienced production team, ensures seamless production of pipes.

Unit 1: For manufacturing Rigid PVC Pipes as per IS: 4985:2021, Sizes range from 20mm – 200mm dia OD in 4 kgf/cm2, 6 kgf/cm2 & 10 kgf/cm2.

Unit 2: For manufacturing HDPE Pipes as per IS: 4984:2016, IS 14885 Sizes ranging from 20mm – 110mm, in PE100, PE80 & PE63 , PN2.5 - PN16 and MDPE pipes 20mm PN16 as per ISO:4427.

Unit 3: For manufacturing HDPE Pipes as per IS: 4984:2016 , IS :14333:1996 Size ranging from 20mm – 450mm, in PE100, PE80 & PE63 , PN2.5 - PN16.

Varun Piping Systems' registered office is located in Shivalli, Manipal Industrial area. It's an international educational hub in Manipal, a beautiful locality of Udupi District in Karnataka.

In order to cater to the vast network of marketing establishments across various states, there was an urgent need to establish a large manufacturing and storage facility as the present infrastructure in the city was limiting our growth. We planned to move to bigger facilities in the rural places nearby. Accordingly, a new spacious manufacturing plant has been built in #172, Bommarbettu Village, Hiriyadka, Udupi District, and 12 km from Manipal. Factory has 54,000 sq.ft. Building, 13,000 sq.ft. raw material storage and 130,000 sq.ft. finished goods yard with state-of-the-art research and quality test labs.

Raw Materials : There is a large covered Godown which has a capacity to store around 500 MT of Raw Material. This prevents the contamination and degradation of raw material.

Pipes : We have a storage yard laid with interlock bricks. Pipes are stored in a systematic, planned manner in in such a way so as to facilitate easier and faster dispatch of pipes.
